Service Engineer (Printing Services)

Location: Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium 

Duties & Role:

  • Service Delivery Management: Secure day-to-day operations and performance targets for enterprise printing solutions across local and remote sectors.

  • Incident & Request Fulfillment: Serve as the direct operational point of contact for resolving print-related Service Desk tickets and operational service changes.

  • Vendor & Support Coordination: Manage ongoing relations with external equipment vendors and coordinate technical resolution tasks with remote IT support units.

  • Process Documentation: Own the creation, formalization, and continuous updating of operational instruction sets and standard runbooks (SOPs).

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Print Infrastructure Operations: 5+ years of verified professional experience overseeing and troubleshooting multiple print servers across distributed remote configurations.

  • Enterprise Software & Solutions: Hands-on working familiarity with Enterprise Level printing suites (specifically UniFlow) and secure “Follow Me” print workflows.

  • ITIL Frameworks: Practical knowledge of ITIL service delivery structures and incident/problem life cycles.

  • Relationship Management: Proven success in balancing end-user client satisfaction alongside external commercial contractor agreements.

  • Security Clearance: Must carry an active, fully validated NATO Secret security clearance (G10 equivalent grade).
