Provision of Support Services for the Management of Deployable Communication and Information Systems at DACCC

Location: Deployable Air Command & Control Centre (DACCC), Poggio Renatico, Italy (100% On-site, cu posibile deplasări ocazionale în locații dislocate din țările NATO)

Duties & Roles:

  • Equipment Identification & Cataloguing: Identify, inspect, catalogue, and inventory all Deployable Communication and Information Systems (D-CIS) equipment deposited at the DACCC (e.g., DADR, GAG).

  • System Data Entry & Administration: Determine the appropriate logistics system of record (e.g., NDSS, NCIS, or Enterprise Business Applications) for each asset and systematically input all technical parameters and records.

  • Physical Inspections & Barcoding: Conduct physical audits of warehouses and storage sea containers every two months. Apply unique physical barcodes to all identified equipment and register them across systems.

  • Floor-to-Book Reconciliation: Execute a complete floor-to-book inventory reconciliation matching physical warehouse assets with official system databases in compliance with NATO Financial Rules and ISPAS standards.

  • Reporting & Knowledge Transfer: Deliver monthly inventory lists, bi-monthly inspection reports, and a final comprehensive performance report. Provide on-the-job training, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides to DACCC staff to guarantee continuity.

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Logistics & Inventory Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in inventory, material, and asset management.

  • Specialized Logistics Systems: Demonstrated expertise in the NATO Depot and Supply System (NDSS) and enterprise inventory applications used by NCIA or radar manufacturers.

  • Technical Hardware Familiarity: At least 2 years of practical familiarity with telecommunication/CIS equipment, deployable radar systems (DADR), and ground-to-air communications gear (GAG).

  • Analytical & Team Competencies: Strong analytical capabilities, high attention to detail, and ability to execute tasks within a multinational military team. Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  • Clearance: A valid NATO SECRET security clearance is mandatory.
