Duties & Roles:
Collection Tool Data Integration: Manage Allied Command Operations (ACO) requirements for APSS commercial data integration. Implement protocols for integrating collection capabilities from multiple commercial ISR providers.
UI Management & System Support: Support ACO user requests, investigate and implement necessary modifications to the user interface, and ensure seamless interaction for operators.
System Troubleshooting & Performance: Investigate and resolve data flow bottlenecks, pipeline errors, and technical issues within production environments.
Milestone Reporting & Documentation: Produce periodic status, metric, and issue reports covering tool availability, scheduled collection job success rates, data ingestion, and root-cause analyses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain end-to-end technical documentation.
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
Core Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of current space capabilities, specifically focused on space-based ISR and multi-mission planning using orbit and sensor modeling (minimum 5 years).
Software & Tool Development: Recent experience in developing and operating Space ISR collection tools for national or multinational clients. Proficiency in GIS and web map libraries.
Integration Protocols: Practical experience with protocols used to integrate multi-source commercial ISR collection feeds.
General Competencies: Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent spoken and written English communication and briefing abilities. Previous NATO or military environment experience is desired.
Clearance: A valid NATO SECRET security clearance is mandatory.
