Location: NATO HQ, Brussels, Belgium (on-site)

Duties & Role:

• Deliver enterprise architecture outcomes within ACaT framework
• Support development and integration of Reference Architectures (RAs) into AIDA
• Lead and support architecture sprints
• Prepare and coordinate ACaT meetings and documentation
• Develop interoperability models and architecture artefacts
• Analyse and align architectures with NATO EA policy
• Model architectures using ArchiMate and related tools
• Support digital interoperability standards and integration design
• Produce architecture artefacts, reports, and reusable models

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years experience
• Strong experience with:
  • TOGAF and ArchiMate
  • Interoperability modelling / integration design
  • Data-centric architecture
  • Architecture modelling tools (Sparx, ARIS, etc.)
• 5+ years experience in process analysis, gap analysis, design
• Experience in NATO or similar environments (desirable)
• Knowledge of IT frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
• Understanding of NATO data & AI strategies (desirable)
• Strong strategic thinking, networking, and stakeholder management skills
• NATO Secret clearance required
