Location: Ramstein Air Base, Germany (on-site, AIRCOM HQ)

Duties & Role:

• Act as Point of Contact (POC) and Subject Matter Expert for APSS programme
• Support SBISR Collection Operations Management activities
• Manage collection, storage, and protection of ISR data
• Provide briefings and knowledge on NATO SBISR and APSS
• Manage access to systems, databases, and information sources
• Administer SBISR databases
• Perform performance and effectiveness analysis (MoP/MoE)
• Recommend optimizations for collection operations
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders supporting SBISR
• Identify opportunities where APSS can enhance operations
• Analyse space data and produce outputs using tools (ArcGIS, STK, SBMS, etc.)

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience in:
  • Database administration
  • NATO intelligence / collection operations
  • Space data tools (ArcGIS, STK, etc.)
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Knowledge of NATO structure and responsibilities
• Experience with SBISR / JISR systems (desired)
• University degree in information management / database admin (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• NATO Secret clearance required
