Location: Off-site (remote)

Duties & Role:

• Develop full-stack analytical applications for NATO innovation programmes
• Build frontend and backend integrations with AI-enabled services
• Develop advanced analytical workflows and dashboards
• Implement AI-assisted reasoning, synthesis, and reporting capabilities
• Design scalable and deployment-ready software solutions
• Support secure and accredited deployment environments
• Participate in software architecture, deployment, QA, and troubleshooting activities

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

• 8+ years of senior full-stack development experience
• Strong frontend experience (Vue.js, React, Astro)
• Strong backend experience (Python, FastAPI)
• Experience with AI/LLM integrations and RAG systems
• Experience with analytical platforms and decision-support tooling
• Experience with secure/restricted deployment environments
• Strong software architecture and integration skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• NATO nationality required
