Duties & Role:

• Support release and deployment management processes
• Maintain deployment and configuration management tools
• Coordinate change control and release scheduling
• Support project and portfolio management activities
• Manage configuration items, audits, and corrective actions
• Create and maintain documentation and deployment procedures

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

• Experience in release and deployment management in large IT environments
• Experience collaborating with Change Management and Configuration teams
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• ITIL Foundation certification (v3/v4) required
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience in change control and configuration management
