Location: Izmir, Turkey (On-site)
Duties & Role:
- Provide 24/7 first-level support for NATO communication systems
- Support digital and hybrid collaboration platforms (WebEx, MS Teams)
- Support tactical radio, VoSIP, video wall, audio, and matrix systems
- Troubleshoot incidents and coordinate with Layer 2/3 support teams
- Support workstations, laptops, printers, and network infrastructure
- Participate in reporting, planning, workshops, and operational support activities
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and SQL Server
- Knowledge of IT systems administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with software installation, maintenance, backup, and restore
- Experience diagnosing network and infrastructure issues
- Strong problem-solving and incident management skills
- Experience with system updates and infrastructure monitoring
