Location: NATO Headquarters, Brussels, Belgium
Duties & Roles:
- Enterprise OCM Framework Leadership: Act as the main Point of Contact for OCM across NATO Enterprise. Oversee change activities for enterprise-wide projects, validate OCM implementation plans delivered by NCIA, and establish an OCM Practitioner’s network.
- DTIS Initiative Execution: Lead change management efforts supporting the Digital Transformation Implementation Strategy (DTIS) initiative, monitor progress, mitigate change risks, and foster technology adoption.
- Divisional Restructuring Support: Drive OCM strategies for Cyber and Digital Transformation (CDT) division restructuring, aligning stakeholder communication to minimize operational disruption.
- Deliverables & Reporting: Produce detailed stakeholder engagement maps, communication artifacts, newsletters, and executive presentations for senior management.
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years leading large-scale change initiatives in multinational or government entities. Hands-on experience in IT project management, external supplier oversight, and senior stakeholder consensus building.
- Languages: Advanced proficiency (Level V) in one official NATO language (English/French) and elementary proficiency (Level II) in the other.
- Clearance: Active NATO Secret security clearance (or capability to possess one).
