Location: Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium

Duties & Role:

• Dashboard Development: Design, model, and build high-performance interactive dashboards in Power BI Desktop to provide clear insights for Finance, Procurement, Project, and Asset Management.

• Data Modeling & Optimization: Support the creation, optimization, and scalability of Power BI data sets, including relationships, DAX measures, and fast refresh times.

• Business Analysis: Engage closely with business users to gather requirements, clarify evolving needs, and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.

• Testing & Validation: Prepare test cases, validate critical datasets, and perform basic SQL-based data checks to confirm accuracy.

• Project Tracking: Coordinate delivery tracking and maintain the project backlog transparently within JIRA.

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

• Power BI & Analytics: At least 2 years of advanced expertise with Power BI tools and data modeling, combined with 5+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer.

• Business Analysis: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or BI Analyst in data/reporting environments.

• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of operational business processes in Finance, Procurement, Project, or Asset Management.

• Technical Skills: 2+ years of working experience using SQL to write queries and validate data using tools like MS SQL Management Studio.

• Methodologies & Tools: Functional knowledge of JIRA and Agile/Scrum delivery models.

• Security Clearance: Must hold an active NATO Secret security clearance.
