Infrastructure Project Manager

Location: Mons, BE

Duties & Roles:

  • Footprint & Infrastructure Coordination: Coordinate and monitor plans allocated by the Footprint Adaptation Programme Manager. Prepare implementation plans for site development and building infrastructure.
  • Host Nation & Site Planning: Develop Site Master Development Plans in direct consultation with the Host Nation (HN) and ensure new building deliveries meet requirements.
  • O&M Framework Development: Coordinate the implementation of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) support frameworks for new infrastructure alongside SMEs and HN authorities.
  • Change Management & Chairing: Chair internal/external review meetings, report project status to senior leadership, and lead location-based transition initiatives.

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Education: University qualification in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical (High Voltage) Engineering, or equivalent education with relevant professional experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a senior project manager for large office redevelopment projects on behalf of the end-user inside an international organization or national public administration.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of programme/project planning, budget/resource allocation, procurement negotiations, and executive staff paper drafting.
  • Clearance: A valid NATO Secret security clearance is mandatory.
