Location: Bydgoszcz, PL

Duties & Role:

• Maintain and continuously update the CMDB ensuring all CIS configuration items are accurate.
• Perform regular verification and audits of configuration data.
• Maintain cable plant and connectivity records in Patch Manager tool.
• Document connectivity, diagrams, hardware assets, and port status.
• Record all physical connectivity changes (MACs).
• Create, process and manage Work Orders and Change Requests.
• Coordinate execution of approved changes (scheduling, communication, validation).
• Ensure all changes are documented and reflected in systems.
• Capture lessons learned and update documentation.
• Maintain knowledge base and support service improvement.
• Provide process improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate with Cyber Security Section when required.

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

• Proven experience in configuration and change management (ITIL-aligned).
• Experience with CMDB tools and SACM processes.
• Experience in structured cabling and documentation tools (Patch Manager).
• Understanding of CIS infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in controlled environments with formal procedures.
• English proficiency (NATO 3333).
• CIS service delivery experience is an asset.
