Solution Support Engineer

Location: The Hague, Netherlands (on-site)

Duties & Role:

  • Contribute to solution architecture design
  • Evaluate architecture alternatives (cost, performance, scalability)
  • Define technical specifications for systems/components
  • Support requirements gathering and documentation
  • Assist in systems development and project delivery
  • Support network design (small segments / components)
  • Provide application support and troubleshooting
  • Support release and deployment processes

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree + 2 years experience (or equivalent)
  • Experience in troubleshooting software/hardware/integrations
  • Debugging, log analysis, root cause identification
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Knowledge of APIs and integrations
  • Experience in support projects and issue tracking
  • Customer-facing technical support experience
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • NATO Secret clearance required
